Swiggy - Food not delivered

Ordered food for Rs *** paid on *rd March ****. Order number ***********. The delivery person on phone spoke to Swiggy customer care who told me they will send fresh food. After waiting for a while found that the order was marked as delivered. But I had not received the order. I contacted customer care on Twitter. Swiggy showed no compassion and didn't accept that they can't fulfil the order again. Nor did they show protectiveness in refunding the order cost. Instead kept saying they will give a coupon which I can use. That was insane. Cause I was hungry and was relying on Swiggy for food and the customer care was wasting time. Later when I realised I am not getting the food delivered I asked for a refund. After tens of messages and tweets, I got a partial refund. I want the rest of the amount refunded. Even if it was taken for faster deliveries, subscription or membership. The hassles I went through for waiting for food.
