Kiran filed complaint against Swiggy on Dec 25, 2018
I had ordered * items of food on Dec **, **** **:**pm. the delivery boy took full amount in CASH mode of payment. However, * item was missing and on chatting w/ Swiggy and wasting nearly * hrs of my precious time, i have below concerns:
a. Even after * days, they've not called me to refund the missing item worth of cash. The most they informed they can do is provide me a equivalent worth of online coupon code which i can redeem in my next purchase. When i make a financial transaction in cash, i expect refund in cash.
b.They made another order without my approval * mins later and later i had to call to cancel this.
c.They mentioned as part of my online chat that since item was unavailable at time of order and Swiggy doesnot reflect up-to-date/current status of food availability (they app is not in sync always), these problems are common place. In this case, the delivery boy could've charged me X ruppes less when delivering(same as amount of missing item).
In light of above * observations, please apply corresponding legal procedures against Swiggy and avoid other people from getting cheated.
I can share my phone no. (and other details) against which i had done this transaction offline on request.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
