I have placed this order in swiggy on **th May **** at around **:** pm. As the order was not delivered for a long time, I called the swiggy customer care around **:** pm on the same day. The executive told he had contacted the outlet and confirmed the food is out for delivery but I haven't got my food delivered. After some time I walked into dominos outlet and they told the order was not with them. I was confused, when I tried again reaching to swiggy customer care it was not reachable. Next day when I tried calling them my call is getting disconnected saying I don't have any active order. Please note I have paid while placing the order. Please help me to get my amount refunded.
