I had specifically mentioned no mushroom on my pizza as I am allergic but inspite of that it was present. What was more frustrating is that Swiggy rep kept saying sorry, we will look into for future but neither issued a refund or replacement. Better yet they didnt even bother to connect me to the provider or talk to them about it. After repeatedly asking for connecting to manager or share escalation details it was not given for atleast ** mins. Very frustrating experience for a hungry person at **PM in the night. Need refund for this order.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
