Pradeep Sonawane filed complaint against Swiggy on Jan 6, 2018
I have worst experience of ordering food from Swiggy. I had ordered food at *.** pm and i have received call from them that order can not be delivered as its not under delivery grid. This is the most hopeless reason and service i have received, as if hotel is not under delivery grid , it should not be shown in app. I will surely not use Swiggy app and I will suggest no-one should use this app if you are food lover.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
