I ordered food in swiggy app on Aug **th **:** PM. I received food in a very bad condition. Doughnuts were damaged. I reported this to swiggy through email as the chat was not able to resolve it. I attached all the images. Still swiggy denied and never responded in a right manner. They said restaurant is responsible for package issues.
I need to file a compliant on swiggy. Kindly help me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
