So, I ordered food at *.** PM today. The restaurant accepted the order and flagged the order as"Food is being prepared". But after ** minutes, the delivery executive called and said that food can't be delivered as the restaurant does not have ingredients.. I asked for any alternatives as I was hungry and it was late to go out and get any food, but he said that nothing is available.. They cancelled my order and I have to suffer... I want them not only to refund my money but also to repay me for my discomfort..
Such moronic service.. If this persists u people,the Swiggy will be over soon..
