I placed an order with Zomato on **th March, **** at * pm. The order number is **********. The food got delivered ** minutes late. If the delay was due to food preparation or some traffic or some other related to my order, I would understand. But here, delivery agent got struck waiting for another order to get prepared at restaurant even though my order got prepared much earlier.
Why should I supposed to wait for another order to get prepared while they charge delivery fees and all the other fees for both orders?
I contacted customer support and explained the issue but still they do even tried to resolve my issue. They just asked me to wait for other order get prepared.
The food delivery got cold because of all the delay and I had quality related issues for the couple of items delivered.
It was my birthday and me and my whole family had plans after dinner. All the plans got disturbed and we had to go through the horrible delivery experience.
The customer support is of no use. There is no proper response from their end. I really had horrible experience.
