I had placed an order with Keventers. The delivery guy took more than the required time due to being lazy in picking up the order and then filling petrol on the way. I don't think I should pay delivery charges if Swiggy is not willing to fire such delivery guys.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
