Id: **********, ordered food using Zomato, food was delivered but the package was chilling cold when showed the executive he said he can't do anything for this they just get the food. Chat representative almost stranded me for more than an hour and final resolution given is we will pass stern feedback. What about the money invested in the order?? No one responds properly without rectifying the issue they closed the ticket
