Hi,
I had ordered dinner for my family and friends from Biryani Zone (electronic city) on **st Oct at *:** PM. After a while the app became unresponsive and it kept showing that the delivery boy has arrived at the restaurant. I kept trying to reach but the app wouldn't let me. I reached out to customer care but their response was also late. At *:** since I got no information from the swiggy app I ordered dinner from Zomato.
The swiggy food arrived late, in ** mins, and was a total waste. I even offered to return it to the delivery boy but he wouldn't take it.
I want a complete refund of this as the food was entirely wasted.
I reached out to swiggy's customer care on their chat service. Amulya, the swiggy represntative, scheduled a call back and closed the ticket but I never received the call. This has been a very bad experience for me even though I am a super member.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
