I ordered food on swiggy from restaurant Krishna veg, Pradhikaran, Pune. I ordered it at *:** pm and estimated waiting time was of ** mins but I received the package by **:** pm. To add to this problem the food I received was cold due to which it was unbeatable. My order amount was Rs.*** but when I contact their customer care they gave me a coupon worth Rs.*** even after I insisted them to return my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
