Order id #***********. I have ordered food from Hyderabad chef via Swiggy. But they delivered from some other hotel. I asked the delivery guy but no proper response. I have a complaint at swiggy support. They gave me a compensation coupon. When I was trying to use it that was not working. Contacted them about the issue then they said in future it won’t happen but no response for the coupon. Asked many times but no response and finally said we cannot provide compensation for this type of issue. Even though they provided the coupon they replied like this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
