I have ordered food from swiggy and the restaurant delivered me food that is stale and pungent, it's even hard to smell forget about taste. when requested for replacement they said it is not possible and when asked for refund they shy away with an apology.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
