Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Food & beverage
The issue that I have experienced was: Good evening!!
My order number is ********** My chicken popcorn had hair in its outer coating and i was about to swallow the hair strand This is utter nonsense and unacceptable and very unhygienic I won’t be accepting this kind of order Kindly give my money back as soon as possible I have already complained on app but no resolution yet I have complained to their complaint team and grievance team but they quoted that they can’t do anything regarding this What kind of customer support is this who can’t listen to their customers
It occurred on: ****-**-**
This meant that It is really unhygienic and unacceptable and on top of that we ain’t free to write continuous emails to get our own money back and i’m really furious at the moment as i know my consumer rights and don’t force me to take a strict action as i have complained twice to u now
I need a full refund of my money and compensation
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
