Rumesa khan filed complaint against Zomato on Dec 14, 2018
This is not my first order that has been cancelled and I haven’t got the refund , this is some *th - *th time that I’ve ordered and Zomato tells me that Ma’am you will get the refund within *-* working days and I never got the refund . I’m sick of it. I’m a student too. I’m not the only one who has this complaint there are many students who have been complaining of the same . Is this how the app works ? And if you have refunded , why don’t I get any message ? You can’t expect me to keep checking in Bank because I’m not sitting free to check whether Zomato has refunded my money or not
