This is followup of my previous complaint with tile
"Refund request for home inspection service"
Brand has requested user comment by initiating refund of paid amount only.
My original request has two parts.
*) Refund of paid amount- It has been addressed by initiating the refund
*) Compensation of loss: There is no relief on this front of my prayer. Though i had loss of couple of days in schedule and * working day loss of my working day and mental agony, i have requested only compensation of Rs.**,***/-
Looking forward for this relief. Kindly let me know how i can update for any question raised going forward as this tool does not allow to update comments after raising complaint.
