i was recently buy (DE'LANCI MULTISHADE LIP PALETTE-** ) from flipkart and i received it on **of December but they send me wrong product. i was orderd a lipstick plate but they send me a fishing hook. now i contact there customer care and told everything but they told us that this product was in no returns policy. if original product giving to me than i dont return but they senf me fishing hook, what i do for this. that why i came here to complain against flipcart. this is it sir.
