I have purchased router backup from Flipkart in October month and from November month Quantum QHM-*** Power Backup for Router stop working. For the last * months, I am trying to contact the customer care of
Flipkart to resolve the issue but they gave some personal email id and also contact number from where nobody will pick the call.
Receive a call from the brand and they informed me that I need to go service center. I went to the service center but nobody was there. Now please suggest to me how to resolve the issue and where can I file a case against all these looters. who are selling duplicate products and make the public fool?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
