Dear Voxya,
Please help me to get refund from Flipkart. They have delivered me red coloured polyester suitcase but it was written as blue polycarbonate suitcase. I requested return but they said that ** rupees will be deducted for return. Then they created so much trouble in whole return process. I had written atleast ** emails for return pickup. Now after picking up the product they refused for refund saying that seller is not ready to refund. Please help me to get refund from Flipkart. I am very much disappointed from Flipkart fooling customer in this way.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
