Flipkart - Flipkart seller cancelled my laptop order and has not refunded my prepaid rupees

I am currently living in Sonipat, **/**km away from Delhi, and falls under National Capital Region. I had purchased Asus vivobook laptop for ***** rupees from flipkart (seller-TBL Online) on **th July, ****. The delivery is expected on **st July, ****. In order tracking flipkart showed that the product arrived at Sonipat on **th July, ****, but the product never been delivered to me. At first, the delivery date was changed to *st August, ****. Then suddenly the seller cancelled the order for unknown reason and still now (*/*/****) the amount is not refunded to my bank account. I have online exam from **/*/**** so that's why I had ordered that laptop in hurry. Now only */* days left till exam starts, and I neither have the money nor have the laptop. Nearly my **k rupees stuck for nothing and I have no more balance left in my account. I had contacted flipkart support agents, some hanged up call after *-* rings, some intentionally hanged up in between calls. Although all of them have said same thing, but no-one solved my problem (e.g. REASON OF CANCELLATION- unknown, agents also don't know; WHEN REFUND WILL COME- when the product will reach seller; WHEN PRODUCT WILL REACH SELLER- agents have no clue; WHY I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO REACH SELLER SINCE SELLER HIMSELF CANCELLED THE ORDER- no answer from support agent and call suddenly gets cancelled). This is my experience from flipkart after being a PLUS MEMBER.
