As a new flipkart seller, i sold my first * costly led products through Flipkart on Nov **, **** worth **** (Excluding flipkart fees). I delivered the products in a laminated box with safe packaging to avoid damage. After that, the customer generated return request on the day of delivered the products by writing a wrong reason about product color. After waiting for more than ** days, my products arrived in a very bad condition in different cheap plastic bags. Flipkart returned my products in a plastic bags which in terms lead to fully damage my products. I applied for SPF claim to Flipkart and they took around * to * days and approved a claim of **.** Rs only, which is not suitable for my claim. My products are of high quality and expensive and how flipkart issued a cheap amount of my broken products. Even though it is my total loss as i can not resale it due to its damaged and fully unworking condition. I tried very hard to their customer service for resolution but they denied and not giving me my full refund. I am helpless and not deciding what to do for such situation. I am hoping a help from consumer court. Just because for them it is less amount but for me is my survival money.
