I purchased a digital gift card from Flipkart for INR**** which was never fulfilled. After chasing customer support over multiple weeks, they confirmed the seller will not be able to fulfill the order. Abruptly one day while discussing refunds, Flipkart closes the case saying refund voucher has been redeemed. They cut me off completely - no phone calls, stopped sending email updates etc and on persisting they asked me to file an FIR. Evidence attached
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
