Dear Voxya,
I ordered around ** clothing products in sale from Flipkart. Around * products are not of my size. one of the jeans which was showing black in website has different colour. I created return request for all of them. Flipkart pickup guy insulted me by saying that he will not pickup the product as it may be used.
Now the problem is they are knowingly delay my return pickup so that they do not have to give refund for these *-* products.
I called their customer service several times and each time they say that pickup will be completed tomorrow.
This is very stressful situation as these *-* products are not fitting me.
I demand refund of Rs. **** (approx) alongwith compensation of Rs. **** for mental stress and loss of time. I also want compensation for online consumer forum complaint.
Please help me with this issue.
