Flipkart - Flipkart not helping with problem

I had purchased a dress from Flipkart ,but due to fitting issue I had to return it ...they automatically instead gave a gift card .to use the gift card I need to put OTP which is received on old number which I'm not currently using it .i requested them to add money to bank account.i have done multiple calls with customer care .no one is helping me out ...I don't use that number ,they have not updated the database with my number ,I have done multiple follow ups to credit amount to my bank account instead of giftcard.please help
