I have the honour to inform you that my Flipkart account has been frozen for three days. I purchased many things from Flipkart mostly for me and some for my relatives, friends and colleagues. I am not able to log in into my account as my account is frozen. I have a Cardless Credit bill due in Flipkart which I have to pay before the **th of June ****. So if I fail to log in into my account within due date then I will not be able to pay the cardless credit bill and for which I will not be responsible because my account has been frozen by Flipkart. It may also badly affect on my credit score. I have also launched a complaint on National Consumer helpline where my complain Docket number is *******.
So kindly fix the issue as soon as possible and enable me to log in into my account to make the payment of Cardless Credit bill soon.
