l I purchased a ₹**,*** Flipkart e-gift card through Google Pay. After partial usage, the remaining balance ₹**** is showing as “deactivated” in my account.
I contacted Flipkart customer support, and they asked me to reply to an email with proof. However, the email ID provided (cs@rmt.flipkart.com) is invalid, and my reply failed with “address not found” error.
Due to this issue, I am unable to submit proof, and my complaint is not being processed. This is clearly a system error from Flipkart’s side.
I request immediate reactivation of my gift card balance or a full refund of ₹****.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
