Sub:flipkart Cheated by sending used non working phone
Vide order id:OD****************** I have placed order for RedMI Note * Pro(Rose Gold, **GB) by making full payment of Rs.*****/- using Credit Card On **.**.**.I have received damaged ,non functioning ,old phone on **.**.** which is even not charging and booting. Till date we are regularly following up with executives .Today our request is rejected without satisfactory ground, without spot verification by Flipkart authorised person regarding see the phone status, without taking matter seriously from seller even order was Flipkart assured.
No any authorised person from resolution team contact us & record over feedback before cancel our request. Refund full amount i.e. RS *****/- Or make replacement.
