Flipkart - Flipkart cheats on delivering damaged Hindware water purifier

I ordered a Hindware water purifier from Flipkart but it is a defective product. After several replacements which I placed but they didn't replace my product. Because the wastage water pipe is leaking water all the time I requested them to solve this issue in a quick session as we all mankind running out of the water and I don't want to waste water like this. But Flipkart doesn't pay any attention to my request and it seems that they don't care about the customer as well as mankind. I have all phone records as my support of proof and I can produce all. With this voice calls Flipkart will be definitely exposed. So I want please take a strict and unique step so that they think twice before this kind of incident happening in future.
