zenith filed complaint against Flipkart on May 12, 2021

order date--**th april
delivery-- **th april--product in leaking state
first request for pickup on **th april
deadline for first pickup --*th may--no one picked up product
second pickup date--**th may
deadline for pickup--**th may
if you see timeline shows one month since flipkart is rolling my **** rs.
still no courier team has been assigned to pickup, customer service do not even know the issue properly when they call, no escalation done.
I sware and request all never to order anything from flipkart, as there customer care services suck big time
please help me get the defective item picked up and **** refunded asap
