i have ordered a mobile phone from flipkart on ** march **** and the expected delivery date was ** march ****. I need this order on time so i was keep tracking the order. so it reached to my city today on ** march **** but when i tracked it in evening the status was "shipment cancelled by you". i haven't cancelled it. so i called the customer care and they told me that seller cancelled the order and he has rights to cancel the order anytime. so i asked him to raise a complain but he refused.

why i need this order on time - i have ordered an another phone from flipkart from the same seller and i used an exchange offer with my relative's phone. and the expected date for this order is ** march, so i need to buy a phone for my relative in order to give him the new phone in exchange of the old. this is why its so urgent.
