I ordered a suitcase from flipkart for ****, it was supposed to be delivered by *th Nov.**, but this did not happened. I was notified that the product is out for delivery, however I didn't get any call from the delivery agent, nor they provided any connect details for connecting with them. I talked with the customer support of flipkart, to which they told me your concern for the issue is raised and will me clarified by **th Nov. The due date passed, I connected and asked them as much as I can for the delivery agents no. so that get by myself from the hub which is nearly * km away from my village. All the time, with their polite words they consoled me. On **th Nov I was again notified that your product is out for delivery with no contact details of the agent nor the agent called me.This time they asked me to cancel this by my side, I didn't did so. When I narrated the same to one of the customer support, she told your issue will be resolved by **th. However today I found out that my order is cancelled by their end.
This entire day until now I have talked with multiple of customer care but they just consoled me to reorder the same product which will cost me **% extra to the amount for which I have ordered the suitcase in the Diwali offer.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
