I had ordered woodland men green sandal from flipkart on **-**-**** at price ****. order was confirmed and i was supposed to get delivery on **-**-****. i stayed at home full day to receive the parcel. when i did not get it on **th i tried contacting there customer support but it did not help much. on **th i am seeing alert from flipkart saying item was cancelled and amount will be refunded. and if i want i can re-order same item at higher price ****, and item will be delivered within day. this will make me pay extra ***RS and again wait for one more day.
i can understand if item is un available flipkart can cancel the order, but in this case they have the product available for sale and they cancelled my order even after full payment.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
