Delivery was scheduled by **.**.****.
Flipkart informed delay in delivery mentioning logistics constraints. Delivery was rescheduled on or before **.**.****.
Was in touch with their customer care and they assured that the product would be delivered within stipulated time. This continued till **.**.****.
On **.**.****, all on a sudden Flipkart informed to cancel the order from our side mentioning operational problem.
How Flipkart as well as their partner Retailer send such an unprofessional request after ** days of payment which is indeed a breach of conduct. If there is a genuine problem, how they can execute the Preorders placed on **.**.** keeping the Preorders of **.**.**** pending !!!!
My concern is not the refund, but the manner in which Flipkart & their partner Retailnet acted. If there is an issue why they waited for ** days to act?
I do not want a refund.
I want my ordered product from Flipkart immediately.
