NIKHIL KUMAR filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 25, 2018
I had ordered some products from FLIPKART on Big Billion Days and after the products were delivered, I had placed a return request for two of my orders but they canceled that request and also blocked my account. When I asked the customer service about the issue they told me that FLIPKART had not blocked my account and it was done by sellers end as they have special authority to block customer's account.
When I asked for further resolution they denied and said nothing could be done.
The Order IDs and the reason for returns are:
*. OD******************( The size and fit of the product is not good. So, I need the refund)
*. OD******************( The product fabric is cotton and I was likely in search of Polyester. So, I want to return it.)
