i purchased flipkart gift voucher from Redbus and added gift voucher into my flipkart account. After ** days i tried transferred into some other account later later i realized that gift voucher is not available in both accounts, hence i have raised complaint with Flipkart support team but they are not responding at all and all the time i getting false updates saying that our back end support team will look into this issue and will resolve this issue. it's been about a month and no support got it. event i sent mail to escalation team but no response.
Need support to fix this issue
