Anu filed complaint against Goibibo on Apr 28, 2019
I made the booking and mistakenly it was confirmed for the next day. I spoke with Goibibo agent and airlines agent. They simply denied the changes. if I made the booking and I am calling within ** min I should get some help.
Worst experience regarding booking. If they cannot help why don't they close this customer service. I will never book from Goibibo. No assistance required on the contrary.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
