Air India Airlines - Flight tickets cancelled but refund not received from Air India

Dear Sir/Mam,
I have booked Air India flight tickets for travel on **th April ****.
I want to know the flight will fly on the same date or not? if not then how I can manage my bookings? If flight will not fly on the same date then I don't want to reschedule it so can I want refund to the same debit account?
Please reply as soon as possible.
