Travolook - Flight tickets cancelled but refund amount not receive

I booked two flight tickets by travolook on traveling date ** may **** from Srinagar to Dibrugarh Ref I'd no. REF ********* and returned from Dibrugarh to Srinagar journey date **may **** Ref I'd no. REF*********. Both tickets was cancelled by travolook Agent and send via email that full refund will be done by travolook. Since then I have made calls and Every time support is asking me wait for few days. But till now I have not receive any amount from travolook agent. There for I request team please to help me and take a need full action against travolook department for about this matter.
