Dear sir/madam
For your kind information I have booked my flight Air india express on **th Feb **** departure date was *th july **** route Dammam to Mangalore amount SAR ****.**. Due to covid-**, flight has been cancelled and Refund voucher been issued from air india express. I have requested to customer service that I don't required voucher since me and my family cannot fly. I need refund amount to be credited to my visa card which I used to book my ticket. Several e-mail and follow up done thru customersupport@airindiaexpress. but problem not solved until the date today.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
