Air India Express Ltd - Flight Missed Due to Unsupportive Airline Baggage Checkin Counter staff

Hey Team ,
I had an Air India Express flight to catch on **- Mar. The flight scheduled departure was *:** AM and boarding time was *:** AM. I got a bit delayed at the entrance security . However, reached to the baggage check in counter at *:** and the web check in was already completed. There they said to me that I can't enter the flight. When I made the request to let me enter they said that boarding is **% completed while it was still not *:** which was the scheduled boarding time. They said you can leave the bag with someone and go to the boarding gate as baggage counter is closed. I requested for additional * mins to handover my bag to a friend as it would be the minimum time needed to go outside and handover to someone. They denied . They even denied to keep my bag with them when I said I would collect it in a few days. They somehow expected the bag disappeared.
They suggested me to reschedule the flight. I asked for the next flight . To which they said they can't check it there and that I would have to find that out from some other counter outside the main entrance. I needed to travel the same day due to an emergency at home and hence I ran to the counter they told me to . The person at the counter says that the next flight is **-Mar which is next day
Since I wanted to go home on the same I was ready to leave bag anywhere as I didn't care much about bag as the emergency was the priority at that point. I ran to entrance security again . The entrance security checked with the airline to let me enter. Their staff told that they can't let me enter now as it is too late.

It was a horrible experience with the airline where they were not at all supportive instead they made me run here and there could have just let me enter and allowed me few minutes to hand over my bag to some.

I request a full refund as compensation amount for the worst experience they gave to me.
