We have travelled from srinagar Airport to Delhi Airport on *st June our is delayed because of which we missed the other flight from Delhi to hyderabad on the same day. We are * passengers,we requested them a lot to arrange an alternative flight but they said its not there problem.We waited there for * hours requesting them for an alternative flight but they said us to do whatever we want they are not bothered. So with lot of humiliation and no hope we booked tickets for the next day which are very expensive which charged **k per head.
We even booked * rooms there and stayed overnight and travelled the next day.
We are so disappointed and lost a lot of money and time.
Please do the needful.
