We booked a flight from BLR to BBI on **/**/**** for travel on **/**/****. While we selected the regular fare, the ticket was mistakenly booked under the 'Doctors Fare,' likely due to a bug on the Goibibo website. Now, they are asking me to cancel the ticket and pay a penalty, which feels unfair. I have a screenshot from when I was searching and booking the ticket. What should I do?
