Travolook - Flight Ticket Refund

I booked my flight tickets from Lko to hyderabad on ** July ** through Travolook but I received a call from the company that my ticket booking was not successful but my amount of Rs **** was deducted from my account.

I am calling customer care and support team but these people are just fooling me..by this week, next week...etc..

It had been more than ** days but still not received my amount.

I work day and night to earn money and how these people can take our earnings just by fooling.
