I booked a flight ticket from Paytm of Indigo dated **-**-**** (ticket fare = ****/-). The flight got cancelled on travel restrictions placed during lockdown by the government. It was converted into a credit shell for time being, but later on contacting Indigo, I found that they have refunded the total fare amount to the booking travel agency, Paytm in my case. I am trying to approach Paytm for my refund from past * months, Even after sending several mails on their customer care ID and contacting the helpline number several times, there is no resolving of my issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
