I pre-booked my family return ticket in **/**/**** to travel on annual holidays on */*/**** & */*/**** respectively between Doha & Kannur from Air india express office Doha. But due to corona issue flights were cancelled and ticket cancellation provision was removed in website. Meanwhile i lost my job in Qatar and so my company repatriated me to India. I wrote several emails from June **** till today. But receiving automatic replies not relevant to me. Customer care number i called but they are not able to help me in refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
