We booked jet airways flight through make my trip in January for travel in May. The flight got cancelled in April and we initiated the refund immediately. Still we did not receive the refund. My friends who booked through Yatra and other websites, received the full refund immediately.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
