Goibibo Air India - Flight Ticket refund not received

I had booked Air India flight tickets from Bangalore to Male on May ** **** and return from Male to Bangalore on May ** ****. The booking ID is GOFLIB**FC**********. I had cancelled this booking on April **th **** and got a cancellation voucher too. However I did not get any refund and when I tried to contact the customer care I was not able to, as the goibibo app is cleverly designed to keep us looping. In the month of October after the Supreme Court said that flight ticket money should be refunded without delay for flights cancelled due to corona virus, I received a call from one executive on October ** **** asking me if she can place a refund request for the flight ticket. I agreed and she said it would take *** days after the airline approves the request for refund. But I have not received the refund yet for an amount of Rs**k+. I am not able to reach them in any way and it is really hurting me mentally and financially during these difficult times.
