Dear sir/Madam,
I am Rakesh Mari, I have booked two flight tickets, one from chennai to port blair(PNR: JGTR*H) for the date ** Jan **** and another ticket from port blair to chennai( PNR: U**EYV) for the date ** Jan ****. I have cancelled both the ticket due to my covid RT PCR test results came as positive. Though I am eligible for the refund and submitted the ICMR approved covid test report. My request for the refund claim has been denied stating "YOU HAVE CHOSED TO CLOSE THE CLAIM REQUEST".Kindly help me get my refund
