We have not received international flight cancellation refund yet from cleartrip.
The ticket was booked and cancelled on the same day **th Nov. Till now cleartrip has not refunded the money. We have checked with the airline and they have asked us to settle with cleartrip. Cleartrip claims that the funds are with the airline. We are in a difficult situation.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
